The Project
Factory 93 is Southern California’s industry-leader in underground house and techno music, hosting club nights, concerts, and raves, as well as curated stages at Insomniac’s biggest festivals in the Southwest US.
Across 2022 and 2023, the brand held over 150 events, with over 500 artists, including Carl Cox, I Hate Models, Fisher, John Summit, 999999999, Sara Landry, Indira Paganotto, Klangkuenstler, Charlotte de Witte, Green Velvet, and many more.
The Role: Marketing Director
Oversaw marketing efforts across digital advertising, social media, OOH, third party endemic channels, and artist channels to build brand equity and drive ticket sales. Conducted brand analyses and provided strategic guidance to brand management and talent buying teams. Transitioned marketing execution to direct-report as her development opportunity in 2023; provided project supervision and delivered coaching, guidance, and feedback throughout.
